Bridge

There are two types of bridge which are quite different in design – one involves cutting the tooth to allow for a crown and is called a fixed bridge and the other involves gluing a frame to the uncut tooth and is called a “bonded bridge”. A fixed bridge is required when the teeth holding the bridge are poor condition and has the advantage of being more stable. A
bonded bridge can be made attached to teeth in good condition and costs half the price but there is a chance that it can de-bond and need to be re-cemented on from time to time.
